Participate in the Gentex Grand Rapids Santa Parade!

Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Grand Rapids Santa Parade! We are excited to have you as a partner in this Grand Rapids tradition. The parade will take place on Saturday, December 7 in the late afternoon and evening. Please complete the form that follows with as much detail as possible and note the following:

• Applications will be accepted through November 16.
• Trucks and floats are limited to 20 feet in total length (no semi-trucks or similarly sized trailers).
• Lights are a mandatory addition to each entry.
• Accepted entries will be announced November 23
• Payment in full is due December 4.
• For-Profit Organizations: $300
• Non-Profit Organizations: $75
• Accepted entries will receive their parade packets (including line up, timing, staging and de-staging information) on December 3.
• Candy may not be thrown from vehicles or floats.
• Expect to arrive for staging between 3:00 and 3:30 pm; your parade packet will provide details on when and where you should arrive. 
• Parade will begin at 5pm
